They are offering a unique opportunity for a bright individual to join our Public Relations team for a six month internship.  Through shadowing and assisting the team, you will gain firsthand experience of the busy fashion PR world.  This is not only a unique opportunity for a bright individual to be involved with an iconic fashion shop but also a chance to build on you professional and personal skills. This is a paid internship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screening daily press coverage for NET-A-PORTER.COM
  • Archiving press clippings and updating clippings library
  • Helping to send out and call back samples from press
  • Assisting the in-house PR team in ad hoc office duties and administrative tasks
  • Assisting with press mail outs
  • Helping to maintain in-house PR team’s press contacts database
  • Assisting with in-house and external events

 Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Studying or recent graduated in a fashion or public relations based qualification
  • Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Essential knowledge of Cision and Meltwater, not requiredbut would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and various print and broadcast media
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative
  • Must have the confidence to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail
  • Must demonstrate an appreciation and understanding of the importance of high quality as a function within the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for fashion and beauty
  • Pro-active, enthusiastic and competitive attitude 


Monday-Friday with flexibility between the hours of 9:00am-5:30pm for 6 months
