SYDNEY REISING CREATIVE IS HIRING A SHOWROOM COORDINATOR AND A OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Sydney Reising Creative is a Fashion PR agency specializing in Events & New-Age Marketing for clients in Fashion, Music and Art. We are looking for an enthusiastic PR/Showroom Coordinator & Office Administrator to join our team. 

Applicants should be extremely detail-oriented, hard-working, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, all while keeping a positive attitude. 

Responsibilities

  • Act as point contact for multiple publications, stylists, and industry professionals
  • Sample trafficking between showroom snd stylists/publications
  • Correspond with industry professionals to ensure timely trafficking of samples
  • Coordinate and merchandise the showroom to a high standard
  • Collaborate with PR team to help with multiple PR and Client events
  • Oversee the work of interns
  • Source imagery for Instagram accounts
  • Maintain SRC social media accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or English
  • 1+ years of experience in fashion PR or related field
  • Backgroud in a fast-faced fashion showroom preferred
  • Social Media experience a plus
